You Can Save Lives.

Just finished the delivery of 2-day First Aid at Work Revalidation course for a group of Highlife Highland staff who work mainly in leisure centres in Badenoch & Strathspey. Very enthusiastic & knowledgeable group of ladies, some of whom teach first aid within their centre & to pupils in local schools.

In an ideal world all children would be trained in this life-skill. Whether it's stemming bleeding, opening an airway or delivering CPR, everyone has at their fingertips the ability to save a life.

If you would like to book onto one of these courses, please make contact by emailing me dave@outwardlymobile.com

Outwardly Mobile First Aid posts news article on Defibs.

Immediate, appropriate action in the event of a Cardiac Arrest (heart stoppage ~ unconscious/no breathing) can save a life. We can all learn about/perform CPR and anyone can now use an Automated External Defibrillator ~ these small machines talk to you and tell you what to do next. Defibs are now (rightly) visible & accessible on many public places ~ airports, community centres, supermarkets, etc.
